Corporate Governance
The corporate governance of Desenio Group is based on Swedish legislation, in particular the Swedish Companies Act and the Rule Book for Issuers issued by Nasdaq Stockholm.
Desenio Group applies the regulations of the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the “Code”). Deviations from the regulations of the Code are described and justified in the Corporate Governance Report.
